Exclusive opportunity for Digital Subscribers

The Artist’s Chronicle in partnership with John Curtin Gallery offers one Digital Subscriber and a guest the chance to be part of an exclusive, private gathering to meet acclaimed artists Sandra Hill and Ian Strange, as they talk about their work on show at the Gallery as part of the 2020 Perth Festival’s celebration of ‘place and home.’
Mia Kurrum Maun (Far from home), reveals Hill’s own lived experience as a Bibbulmun woman of the Stolen Generations and the profound impact government policies and widespread racial discrimination have had on generations of Aboriginal women.
Strange’s Suburban Interventions 2008 – 2020 is the first ever large-scale survey of his photographic and film work.
Strictly limited to two people, be one of the first to view the exhibitions hosted by the artists from 5pm – 6:30pm Thursday 6 February 2020 and enjoy wine and canapes before the official opening starts from 6:30pm.
