These botanical fragments explore the delicate patterns and colours of our fragile natural environment. The structure of plants and the impact of seasons, insect damage or natural decay are explored in the images. Through the process of ecoprinting the gentle hues and unique forms of bush plants emerge, showcasing the natural dyes from the flowers, leaves and seeds of the WA weeping peppermint, lilly pilly, bottlebrush, dodder vine, grevillea, sheoak and eucalypts.
